In order to have a follow up, Revenue Quebec will require each restaurant (as well as cafeteria, snack bar, bar, etc..) installs a sales recording module, or SRM. The SRM, which will be connected to the Point Of Sales (POS) system and the printer, it will save and keep all data transaction in a encrypted files. Officers from Revenue Quebec will then verify this information locally or remotely.
